The member representing Oredo Federal Constituency at the National Assembly, Engineer Esosa Iyawe has emphasised the need to encourage local content and promote the growth of indigenous refineries.
The Federal Lawmaker stated this during plenary in the House of Representatives when he moved a motion condemning what he described as unguided utterances by a high-placed Nigerian on the production of diesel by Dangote refinery.
