The Managing Director of Independent Television and Radio, Engineer Elvis Obaseki, has described the lecture held during the official launch of Doctor Osahon Enabulele Foundation as apt and educative, following recent happenings in the country.
Engineer Obaseki made the remarks during a visit of members of the Dr. Osahon Enabulele Foundation, who were at the corporate head office of Independent Television and Radio in Benin City.
