The residence of the Esama of Benin and Honorary Romania Consul to Edo and Delta States, Sir, Chief, Doctor Gabriel Osawaru Igbinedion was agog with celebration as different groups entertained the Esama and his visitors who came from far to be part of his ninetieth birthday celebration.
