The Nigerian Senate Has Declared The Edo Central Senatorial District Seat Vacant, Following The Election Of Senator Monday Okpebholo As Governor Of Edo State.

President Of The Senate, Godswill Akpabio, Made The Declaration During A Valedictory Session Held In Honour Of Okpebholo And Urged The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), To Promptly Organize Elections To Fill The Vacant Seat.
