Director Public Affairs and Consumer Protection, Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority, Achimugu Michael has called on both airline operators and customers to respect the laws guiding air Travels even when it does it is not in their favor.

Mr. Achimugu Michael made the remark at a stakeholders meeting in lagos organized to find a lasting solution to the endless crisis between airline operators and customers.
