The Nigerian Economic Society, Edo State Chapter and the Department of Economics, University of Benin on Thursday hosted the South-South Economic Summit of the BRACED states and a book launch in honour of Professor S.E.N Okon.

Jolaade Ojo reports that the event held at the Senate Chamber, University of Benin in Benin City had in attendance Vice-Chancellor, University of Benin represented by Prof N.E.J Orhue, eminent scholars and Speaker of Edo State House of Assembly, Blessing Agbebaku.
