The management of Independent Television and Radio hereby disclaims any association or transaction done on our behalf with Mr. Awala Obateru, whose photograph is hereby displayed.

Mr. Awala Obateru was, until March 2022, Assistant General Manager (Commercial) in the Lagos office of our organization.

He absconded from duty after serious financial infractions were discovered in our Lagos operations, which were contrary to our organization’s code of policies, and he has refused to honor invitations from the investigative panel.

We hereby notify the general public, particularly our esteemed customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders, that Mr. Obateru is no longer authorized to represent or act on behalf of ITV & RADIO.

Please note that any transactions, agreements, or communications entered into with Mr. Obateru are at your own risk.
