The Lagos State Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps, Adedotun Keshinro has called on Officers and Men of the Corps to see training and retraining as an opportunity to acquire knowledge and be effective.

The State Commandant represented by the Deputy Commandant Agboola Morenike made the remarks during the Command’s monthly clinic.
