Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps, Lagos State Command has rounded off it’s one- day training for officers saddled with the responsibility of dealing with persons with special needs.

The State NSCDC Commandant, Keshinro Adedotun said the training is to educate officers and Men of the special needs department on how to relate with those with special needs.
