The chairman, Nigeria Union of Journalists, Edo State Council, Doctor Festus Alenkhe has been presented with a Doctoral Fellowship award, by the Institute of Public Sector Management, IPSM, United Kingdom.

The event which was held in London had in attendance the President of IPSM Doctor Samatha Radford.
