Edo State Government is to engage on consultations and dialogue with Delta State Government and relevant agencies to seek amicable resolution to the controversy surrounding the ceding of Six oil wells in Orogho community, Orhiomwon Local Government Area, Edo state to Delta State by Seplat Energy PLC, operating the OML.

Indication to this emerged following a fact finding tour to the oil wells in Orogho community by Edo State Deputy Governor, Dennis Idahosa who represented Governor Monday Okpebholo.
