PA. Jacob Owakina Otabiokhae has been installed as the eighth Odionwere of Odiguetue Community in Ovia North East Local Government Area of Edo State.

The installation ceremony was a follow up to his appointment as the Odionwere of Odiguetue Community, by the Oba of Benin, Oba Eware the Second.
