The National Vice-Chairman, South-South of the People’s Democratic Party, Chief Dan Osi Orbih, has commenced his annual distribution of rice to women in Ogbona community and environs as Christmas gifts.
The exercise coincides with the unveiling of activities to commemorate the twentieth remembrance of his father, late Chief M.C.K. Orbih.
