Following the intervention of the Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji Ojo, into the arrest of six inmates and an official of the Nigerian Correctional Center Okere Warri, Delta State, who allegedly left the facility to engage in a robbery and kidnapping in Benin City, some respondents in Warri have appealed for a thorough investigation into the matter and severe sanctions for the culprits.
