A former Vice-Chancellor of the University of Benin, Professor Andrew Onokerhoraye has been conferred with an honorary degree of Doctor of Science by the Western Delta University, Oghara.
The Honorary Degree was conferred on him during the 14th convocation of Western Delta University.
