The need to recognise and promote anthropomorphism, otherwise known as non-human things, of legal entities as corporate citizenship to advance national development goals, drive economic growth and promote social progress in Nigeria has been emphasised.
A professor of law of corporate governance, Professor Godwin Luke Umoru, of the department of business law, oba Erediauwa College of law Igbinedion University Okada gave assertion during his inaugural lecture titled Anthropomorphism of Corporate entities in Nigeria towards national development held at the institution’s main auditorium.
