The general public have been notified to stay clear of a property situated at number four B, Mairoghionba Street the road beside first bank off first east circular road Benin City belonging to the Odemwingie family.
In a statement issued by their Solicitor, Asenoguan Oghahenhen Associates, the said land is not for sale that any prospective and property buyers should beware.
The statement warns that nobody should transact any business of buying the property with any person or group of persons as anyone that does so has only succeeded in buying nothing, but at least for the avoidance of any form of litigation the public should stay clear.
The Solicitor emphasised that nobody has been authorised to sell the property at number four B, Mairoghionba Street of first circular road, advising prospective buyers to beware of transacting business with fraudsters, who are out to dupe unsuspecting buyers of their hard earned money.
