The much publicized staff recruitment, orientation and awareness training for all citizens of Edo south senatorial district into the Edo state command of the national commission for the coordination and control of proliferation of small arms, ammunition, light weapons, chemical weapons and pipeline vandalism, NATCOM, has been postponed
A statement by the organizers, Senator Neda Imasuen representing Edo south senatorial districts and NATCOM says the exercise earlier scheduled to hold on the 1st and 2nd of may, 2024 has been postponed because of logistical problems
Barrister Neda Imasuen who is also the chairman, senate committee, ethics, privileges and public petitions and NATCOM apologized for the inconvenience the postponement would have caused the three thousand enlisted members
The statement said a new date for the staff recruitment, orientation and awareness training for the affected persons would be announced on a later date
