Members of the public, particularly land grabbers and all illegal occupants, who encroached into the Evbiakagba community reserved land, being boundary between Egun, Evbiakagba and other parts of the community in Ikpoba-Okha Local Government Area, Edo State have been directed to immediately vacate the said land.

A statement by the Odionwere of Evbiakagba, Pa. Raphael Iyoha said the decision was taken by Elders and stakeholders of Evbiakagba Community.

The statement said for the purpose of clarity, all persons who purchased land and built houses in the aforementioned areas did so illegally and are advised in their own interest to remove all such structures.

According to the statement, failure to comply with the above directive, will attract drastic action against all occupants including legal action.
