The construction of the first concrete road Okada Avenue in the GRA, Benin City, Edo State in honour of the 90th Birthday of the Esama of Benin, Sir, Chief, Doctor Gabriel Osawaru Igbinedion by the Edo state government has continued to receive commendation from Benin City residents.
