Elders and residents of Okhoro and its environs have commended the chief executive officer of Caesar Iyayi Nigeria limited for his efforts to curtail the offensive smell from the waste emanating from his factory.
They gave the commendation in an enlarged meeting held in Benin after series of complaints from the people in the neighbourhood some months ago.
