Residents of Owutu in the Agric area of Ikorodu in Lagos State today blocked the access road into the area in protest against the proposed demolition of their buildings by the Lagos State Building Control Agency.
The protesters alleged that the Lagos State Building Control Agency is working for some land grabbers trying to take over their property.
