Edo State government has backed the suspension of the eighteen local government areas Chairmen and their Vice by the Edo State House of Assembly following their alleged refusal to provide the financial statements of their various Councils after the extended deadline.
The Governor of Edo State Senator Monday Okpebholo endorsed the decision while inaugurating an administrative panel of enquiry on activities of the local Government councils.
