The Upper Legislative Chamber Recalled Ningi Following A Joint Motion Sponsored By Minority Leader; Senator Abba Moro, Olalere Oyewunmi, Senator Representing Osun South, And Osita Ngwu, Senator Representing Enugu West.
Other Senators Agreed That The Senator’s Conduct During The Period Of Suspension Has Been A Matter Of Scrutiny And Debate Within The Legislative Body.
President Of The Senate, Godswill Akpabio, Emphasised The Senator’s Resourcefulness And Described Him As A Valued Member Of The Senate.
