As part of activities marking the nineteenth birthday celebrations of the Esama of Benin, the maiden Esama of Benin Veterans football tournament sponsored by a former governor of Edo State, Chief Lucky Igbinedion has commenced in Benin City.
Efosa Uwangue reports that the opening match between Igbinedion United FC and Crescent Sports club held at the Lucky Igbinedion pitch, Etete, GRA, Benin City attracted dignitaries including the man of the moment and Celebrant Sir, Chief, Dr. Gabriel Osawaru Igbinedion, the host and sponsor chief lucky Igbinedion, his brother Bright Igbinedion among others.
