Trespassers on the sixty parcels of land measuring one hundred feet by one hundred feet each, located at Agor-Aghedo camp of Ughighoko community, Benin City have been ordered to vacate the land and stop further trespassing on the land as the rightful owners, Sunday Aghaleleghian Aisagbonbuomwan representing Aisagbonbuomwan Odiase family and Florence Ogbemudia, Nee Arune representing Arune Ukponmwan family are prepared to take full possession of the land.

The order follows a ruling of a Benin High Court, which gave judgment in a suit number B/295/2915 between Sunday Aghaleleghian Aisagbonbuomwan representing Aisagbonbuomwan Odiase family and Florence Ogbemudia, Nee Arune representing Arune Ukponmwan family as claimant and Chief Patrick Ifionu and seven others as defendants in favour of the claimant.

The Court held that the sixty parcels of land belong to the claimant and all those they represent.

The court declared that the act of the first defendant in planting farmers on the claimants land is an act of trespass.

The Court ordered the defendants to pay five point two million naira as damages to the claimants and for the defendants to remove the sign board planted on the claimants land
