The Eightieth General Assembly of the Broadcasting Organizations of Nigeria, BON, on Tuesday opened in Bauchi, with the theme: Broadcast Media in the Era of Economic downturn, the way forward.

The annual BON General Assembly is being attended by media executives from across the country, including the Managing Director of Independent Television and Radio, Engineer Elvis Obaseki.
