World Polio Day: NPHCDA Says 83 Cases of Type 2 Polio Variant In Nigeria

The National Primary Health Care Development Agency NPHCDA says Nigeria has about 83 cases of circulating polio variant type 2.

The executive director Dr Muyi Aina stated this while briefing press to mark the 2024 world polio day in Abuja.

Joseph Kadiri reports that the agency seek more collaboration with relevant stakeholders to intensify efforts against polio.
